i was at farringdon in 1965 ish i have fond memories .miss woodhouse.miss s appleby were teachers there school girls, vannesa paullett, jane and her sister, i have some home made tatto's that we all used to do in our house, can remember that we had coloured badges i always had a brown one as was always getting told off.i have taken my boys to see the house which is now flats, even the old coach house in which on the ground floor was the single cells where we were put if we were bad and above was a large dormatory in were we lived if you want to no more i have many tales to tell. pam x x

response to Rose Tyrell 1/07/08. I would be happy to try to put you in touch with other staff and members of the school. I became intrested when various girls visited before the school was turned into flats when x pupils used to turn up in my garden. We have actually had one speaking to us at the village hall along with a member of staff. The staff still meet anually for a get together.

would it be possible for you to send me some information about farringdon house that includes the late 1960and early 1970 i would love to know what has happended to the place around this time and since then as i would really like some happier memories of the place, and i can asure you not all people in that approve school had broken the law
